The Hong Kong Police Force requires applicants for a Hong Kong Certificate of Good Conduct / Certificate of No Criminal Conviction to have a supporting letter from the Consulate General. In cases where a German authority requires the CNCC, the Consulate is happy to assist you in this matter.
In that case, please make an appointment online, and attend your appointment at the Consulate General in person, bringing along your passport, your Hong Kong ID, an address proof and the letter from the German authority stating that a Hong Kong CNCC is requested. The fee for issuing a supporting letter amounts to approx. 310 HKD (depending on the exchange rate), payable with credit card (Master or Visa) or in cash.
Usually the supporting letter can be issued on the same day.
